BACKUPS AND RECOVERY
Vodapath offers Disaster Recovery planning and support for small to large organizations. To insure the protection of data in the event of failure, acts of God or unforeseen issues, Vodapath works with our clients to develop a data Disaster Recovery Plan to protect both the client and their customers. From the desktop to the cloud, Vodapath can insure your data is secured and available when you need to access it.
Vodapath also offers a Managed Disaster recovery Service that can be applied to a current configuration or establishing a new configuration. Vodapath ensures backups are completed and test restores are confirmed so data is protected.
The combination of onsite server imaging and daily offsite data mirroring allows for a cost effective Disaster Recovery solution.

DIAGNOSTICS
Vodapath is able to establish a secured remote session to your computer to allow a quick diagnostics on your computer. All of the diagnostics are done live on the screen so you can see what is being done. No data is ever removed from your computer. Once done, you have the ability to close the connection and block from any access.

SYSTEM RESTORE
System restore requires the computer to be at our office. Vodapath will restore the operating system, software and data. These may require Recovery CD, software applications, valid backup and valid licenses to rebuild systems to previous configurations.

DATA RECOVERY
Vodapath will perform diagnostics; this takes 1-2 business days. Most drives we receive are able to be fixed with a general recovery procedure. If your drive has a more severe issue, we will contact you with other options, or you can select to have the drive returned to you with no cost for the diagnostics.

This plan does not support External Hard Drives, Application Programs, Temporary Files or System Files. Any files over 4GB need to be manually added to the backup.
BASIC CLOUD BACKUP WITH IMAGE

This plan requires an external hard drive to support System Image. Application Programs, Temporary Files and System Files are stored on the external hard drive but not in the cloud. Any files over 4GB need to be manually added to the backup.

Vodapath can make sure your tablet is setup correctly the first time with software and security. Let us help connect your tablet to the Web and install all the necessary programs (requires a valid license). Vodapath can also make sure your security software is running correctly.

LABOR RATE – REMOTE
Vodapath Help Desk is able to correct most operating system errors using a remote connection and running several software tools. In the event the issue cannot be resolved remotely, ship the unit to our office and the issue will be resolved and the computer returned within 1 business day plus shipping.
This rate is based on PC Support and does not apply to Servers, Networks or Commercial Configurations.
